N7 Neo Review 2026 (UK): What’s Really in the Capsules? Ingredients, Side Effects, Price – and the Sildenafil Question Answered

Type N7-Neo into a search bar – or “N7 Neo”, “n7neo”, “N7 Neo capsules”, “neo n7”, even “N7 nero” or “buyn7neo” – and you will find two very different products. On some advertising and quiz pages, N7-Neo is described like a potency drug that supposedly kicks in within minutes. In the official shop it is something far more ordinary: a once-a-day food supplement with seven declared ingredients – L-arginine, apple cider vinegar extract, guarana, L-glutamine, L-leucine, zinc and chromium. For this N7 Neo review we went strictly by the real label: we ordered through the official UK shop, three testers took one capsule a day for 30 days, and we checked every dose against the research and the officially authorised health claims. The short answer to the question most people arrive with: N7-Neo contains no sildenafil – and no tadalafil or apomorphine either. Below you’ll find what it does contain, what the zinc and chromium can genuinely contribute, the real GBP prices, the return policy – and who is better served by a GP appointment than by any supplement.

Quick check – the essentials in 30 seconds
  • 🏆 Our verdict: N7-Neo – 7.8/10, good. A simple once-daily food supplement: 30 vegan capsules per pack (30-day supply), each with L-arginine HCl 100 mg, apple cider vinegar extract 100 mg, guarana extract 100 mg, L-glutamine 50 mg, L-leucine 50 mg, zinc 15 mg (150 % NRV) and chromium 40 ”g (100 % NRV). Sold by Vitahealth Ltd, Malta.
  • Label fact check: no sildenafil, tadalafil or apomorphine – none of them is on the label or mentioned in the official shop. N7-Neo is a food supplement, not a medicine and not a substitute for prescription ED medication. Some ads describe drug ingredients that don’t match the label; the label and the official shop are what count.
  • Strengths: fully declared label with exact amounts; meaningful zinc and chromium doses backed by authorised health claims; one easy-to-swallow capsule a day; no potency or weight-loss promises in the official shop; free delivery on 2 and 3 packs; written return policy; a named company.
  • To be honest: the amino acids and plant extracts are small doses compared with the gram amounts used in studies. No drug-like effect, nothing “within 15 minutes”. A little caffeine from guarana (amount not stated). Don’t stack with other zinc products. The single pack is the dearest option; returns only for sealed packs within 14 days. No independent test (e.g. Which?) yet.

What is N7-Neo? A once-a-day food supplement with seven ingredients

N7-Neo is a capsule food supplement sold by Vitahealth Ltd, a company registered in Malta, through its own one-page online shop, with a UK and Ireland version priced in pounds sterling. The box is white with amber accents, carries “7 ACTIVE INGREDIENTS*” and “Food supplement” on it, and holds two blister strips of 15 capsules. One capsule is the daily dose, so one pack lasts 30 days. A marketplace listing describes the HPMC capsule shell as vegan and gives Malta as the country of manufacture.

The seven ingredients fall into three groups: three amino acids familiar from sports nutrition (L-arginine, L-glutamine, L-leucine), two plant extracts (apple cider vinegar and guarana, the Amazonian seed that naturally contains caffeine) and two minerals (zinc at 150 % and chromium at 100 % of the nutrient reference value, NRV). Every ingredient is printed with its exact amount per capsule – not a given in the men’s supplement aisle, where many products hide their doses behind a “proprietary blend”.

Just as telling is what the official shop says – and what it doesn’t. According to the vendor, N7-Neo has “7 Active Ingredients”, you should “simply take 1 capsule once daily to achieve optimal results”, it is “100 % natural & free from additives” and delivery is “fast
within 2–3 working days”. What you won’t find in the official N7-Neo shop are promises about potency, erections, muscle growth, a gym “pump” or weight loss; the terms even state that results can’t be guaranteed because every body is different. We like that restraint – and it is the framework for this review. Outside the official shop, however, N7-Neo is sometimes advertised very differently, which needs clearing up first.

Fact check: does N7-Neo contain sildenafil? What the label really says

Side view of the N7-Neo box with the food supplement labelling

Labelled as what it is: N7-Neo is sold as a food supplement – not as a medicine.

The short answer

No – N7-Neo does not contain sildenafil. According to its declared ingredient list, identical in the official shop in every market, N7-Neo contains no sildenafil, no tadalafil, no apomorphine and no other medicinal substance. It is a food supplement made of amino acids, plant extracts, zinc and chromium – not the blue pill, not a prescription ED drug and not a “natural version” of one.

The question comes up for a reason. Some online ads and “suitability check” quiz pages present N7-Neo as a potency product or gym “pump” booster and claim things like “3 active ingredients in 1 capsule: sildenafil, tadalafil, apomorphine” or “works from 15 minutes for up to 36 hours”. None of this appears in the official shop. We can’t say who is behind every ad – what we can say is that these descriptions don’t match the product the official shop sells, and that the label tells you what you are actually taking.

What some ads and quiz pages say What the label and the official shop say
“Sildenafil, tadalafil and apomorphine in one capsule” Not on the label. Declared: L-arginine HCl, apple cider vinegar extract, guarana extract, L-glutamine, L-leucine, zinc, chromium – plus standard capsule helpers.
“Works from 15 minutes, lasts up to 36 hours” No such promise. One capsule once a day with a meal; a food supplement has no on-demand effect.
“Potency pill” or “pump booster” The official shop makes no potency, erection, muscle or weight-loss claims.

Why the label is what counts

In the UK, sildenafil and the other PDE5 inhibitors are licensed medicines. Some low-strength sildenafil products can be supplied by a pharmacist after a consultation; others need a prescription. Either way, the process includes a check of your heart health and your other medicines – that is the point of it. A food supplement, by contrast, has to declare what it contains, and N7-Neo does so with exact amounts. Health regulators, including in the UK, have repeatedly warned about “herbal” sex-enhancement products sold online that contained undeclared prescription ingredients – so the best protection is a full label, a named company and a traceable seller. N7-Neo ticks all three boxes. For full transparency: like any consumer, we did not have the capsules analysed in a laboratory; our assessment rests on the declared label, the official shop and our own use.

What this means for you

  • No “pill effect”. Don’t expect anything within minutes or hours. A daily supplement works – where it works at all – through regular intake of nutrients such as zinc.
  • No prescription needed, no drug-type side effects to expect. With no PDE5 inhibitor on the label, the typical side effects and interactions of prescription ED medication are not to be expected from the declared ingredients. Still, if you take blood-pressure medicine or nitrates, ask your doctor before taking an L-arginine product.
  • Not a substitute for medication. Never stop or replace a prescribed medicine with a food supplement.
  • Erection problems belong with a GP. They are common, nothing to be embarrassed about, and can have physical causes – circulation problems, for example – worth having checked. A GP can discuss treatment options, including prescription medication where appropriate.

None of this makes N7-Neo a bad product – just a different one from what some ads describe. If what you really want is the effect of the blue pill, your GP or pharmacist is the right next step.

Why men look for N7-Neo – zinc, energy and a confusing supplement aisle

The searches around N7-Neo in the UK and Ireland show the problem: “l arginine benefits”, “benefits of zinc for men”, “nitric oxide supplement”, “testosterone booster”, “pump supplement”, “ED pills”, “sildenafil over the counter” – sports nutrition, micronutrients, herbal blends and licensed medicines, thrown into one pot by online ads. Most men who land on an N7-Neo page want one of these:

  • A simple daily base supplement covering a few nutrients without a cupboard full of tubs – the job N7-Neo’s label actually fits.
  • Enough zinc. Zinc comes mainly from meat, shellfish, dairy, pulses, nuts, seeds and wholegrains; if you eat little meat or seafood or sweat a lot through sport, your intake may be on the low side.
  • “Energy” and metabolism – guarana, chromium and apple cider vinegar territory. Only chromium has an authorised claim here (normal macronutrient metabolism, maintenance of normal blood glucose levels).
  • The gym “pump” – L-arginine is the classic “nitric oxide” amino acid, but pump products dose it in grams, not milligrams.
  • Help with erections – a medical topic. A food supplement can’t treat erectile dysfunction.

Food supplements in the UK may only make officially authorised health claims – one reason a properly run supplement shop sounds far less exciting than the ads around it. So the honest question here is not “is N7-Neo a potency pill?” (it isn’t) but: is it a sensible, well-made daily supplement for what is actually in it – and is it worth the money?

N7 Neo ingredients: dose by dose, with an honest look at the evidence

Here are the vendor’s “7 active ingredients” with the amount in one capsule – which is also the full daily dose. Our rule: only the authorised zinc and chromium claims are stated as fact; everything else is the vendor’s positioning or general background.

Ingredient Per capsule Established / claimed The dose in context
L-arginine HCl 100 mg Building block of nitric oxide; vendor positioning Studies used grams per day – a small add-on
Apple cider vinegar extract 100 mg Traditional; no authorised claim Studies used much larger amounts of vinegar
Guarana extract 100 mg Natural caffeine; no authorised claim Caffeine not stated – small, far less than a cup of coffee
L-glutamine 50 mg Sports-nutrition amino acid; no authorised claim Studied at gram doses
L-leucine 50 mg Muscle-protein amino acid; no authorised claim Studied at gram doses
Zinc (citrate) 15 mg = 150 % NRV Authorised claims incl. normal testosterone levels, fertility, protein synthesis, immune function Meaningful dose – the core of the product
Chromium (picolinate) 40 ”g = 100 % NRV Authorised: macronutrient metabolism, normal blood glucose levels Meaningful dose – the second half of the core

Not active, but on the list: microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), the HPMC capsule shell and E470b, a magnesium salt of fatty acids that keeps the powder flowing during filling – standard helpers in countless supplements. The vendor’s “100 % natural & free from additives” is best read in that light: no colourings, sweeteners or flavourings, but these technical helpers are there.

L-arginine (100 mg): the “nitric oxide” amino acid in a small dose

L-arginine amino acid powder – one of the seven N7-Neo ingredients

The body uses L-arginine, among other things, to make nitric oxide, a messenger molecule that helps blood vessels relax. That makes it the poster child of the “nitric oxide” and “blood flow supplement” shelf, and explains searches such as “l arginine benefits”, “l arginine and zinc” or “l arginine for ED”. The honest part: studies on circulation and erectile function used grams per day. One capsule contains 100 mg – 0.1 g – while a normal diet with meat, fish, dairy, nuts or pulses already supplies several grams. So don’t expect a noticeable effect on circulation from it, and certainly nothing comparable to a medicine. The flip side: the stomach upset sometimes reported at gram doses (“l arginine side effects”) isn’t to be expected at 100 mg. If you take blood-pressure medication or nitrates, ask your doctor before using any arginine product.

Apple cider vinegar extract (100 mg): popular name, small amount

Apple cider vinegar extract with apples – an ingredient in N7-Neo capsules

“Apple cider vinegar tablets” are among the most searched supplements in the UK. The vinegar is a traditional home remedy often linked to digestion and blood sugar in popular nutrition writing, but there is no authorised health claim for it, and studies used far larger amounts – typically a tablespoon or more of liquid vinegar a day. In N7-Neo it rounds off the “metabolism” profile; you shouldn’t expect to notice it, except as a faintly sour smell if you open a capsule.

Guarana (100 mg): a little natural caffeine

Guarana fruit and guarana powder – the caffeine source in N7-Neo

Guarana (Paullinia cupana) seeds are naturally rich in caffeine, which is why the plant appears in energy drinks. How much caffeine 100 mg of extract delivers is not stated on the label; given the small amount, it is in all likelihood far less than a cup of coffee. Caffeine-sensitive people may notice a slight lift at most and should take the capsule with lunch rather than dinner. No “energy” claim can be made for guarana here.

L-glutamine (50 mg): a sports-nutrition classic, lightly dosed

L-glutamine amino acid – ingredient of the N7-Neo food supplement

L-glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in the body and a gym staple, taken for recovery. Studies used gram doses, and a normal diet supplies several grams a day, so 50 mg per capsule is a small addition you won’t feel. The UK product page lists 51 mg, the other versions 50 mg – a rounding-level difference. No authorised health claim exists for glutamine.

L-leucine (50 mg): the muscle amino acid, in a symbolic amount

Leucine-rich foods – eggs, almonds and chickpeas – illustrating the L-leucine in N7-Neo

Leucine is the branched-chain amino acid that signals muscles to build protein, which is why it features in protein powders and BCAA drinks. Studies used gram amounts, and protein-rich food is the main source: a single egg, a handful of almonds or a portion of chickpeas, as pictured, already supplies several times the 50 mg in one capsule. If muscle building is your goal, total protein intake matters far more. No authorised health claim exists for leucine.

Zinc (15 mg, 150 % NRV): the most important ingredient

Zinc-rich foods – pumpkin seeds, cashews and chickpeas – illustrating the zinc in N7-Neo

This is where N7-Neo becomes substantial: 15 mg of zinc as zinc citrate, a common supplement form, is 150 % of the 10 mg nutrient reference value. At that level the authorised health claims apply. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, to normal fertility and reproduction, to normal protein synthesis, to normal macronutrient, carbohydrate and fatty-acid metabolism and normal acid-base metabolism, to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Read the testosterone claim carefully: zinc helps maintain normal levels – it doesn’t push them above normal. Zinc matters most if your intake is low (little meat or seafood, a vegetarian or vegan diet, lots of sweat from sport); if your diet already covers your needs, more zinc doesn’t mean more benefit. The European Food Safety Authority puts the tolerable upper intake level for adults at 25 mg a day from all sources, so a capsule plus a zinc-containing multivitamin plus a zinc-rich diet can add up. Simple rule: don’t stack several zinc products.

Chromium (40 ”g, 100 % NRV): small amount, real role

Chromium-rich foods – broccoli, wholegrain bread and green beans – illustrating the chromium in N7-Neo

Chromium is a trace element needed in micrograms. N7-Neo provides 40 ”g as chromium picolinate – exactly 100 % NRV – so two authorised claims apply: chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. Chromium is often marketed for cravings or weight loss; those are not authorised claims, and the official shop doesn’t make them. If you take blood-sugar-lowering medication, ask your doctor first.

Our ingredient verdict

N7-Neo is built around a solid, evidence-backed core – zinc at 150 % and chromium at 100 % NRV – topped up with small amounts of three amino acids and two plant extracts that add a little caffeine and a familiar profile, but no effect you should expect to notice. The formula points towards a general daily base supplement for energy- and metabolism-minded men (and women), not towards potency, pre-workout or weight loss. That isn’t a weakness of the label – it’s an honest description of it.

How we tested

We ordered the 3-pack through the official UK shop like any customer, so each of our three testers had one pack of 30 capsules, and used it for 30 days. Because the label promises no specific effect, we deliberately did not try to measure sexual performance, erections, training “pump”, muscle or body weight – a small four-week test can’t judge such things fairly, and the official shop doesn’t promise them. We rated six criteria:

  • Label and transparency: ingredients and amounts declared, label matching the shop, clear warnings.
  • Formula and evidence: doses compared with authorised claims and research amounts.
  • Everyday use: capsule size, swallowing, routine, taste and smell of the opened capsule.
  • Tolerability in daily life: caffeine feel, stomach comfort – observations, not a clinical study.
  • Value for money: price per day in each pack versus simpler alternatives.
  • Shop, delivery, support and small print: checkout, payment, delivery, company details, customer service, return policy.

Our testers: (A) early forties, office job, eats very little meat; (B) early thirties, plays five-a-side and lifts weights, had seen N7-Neo advertised as a “pump” product; (C) mid-fifties, no prescription medication, normally takes a multivitamin with zinc – which he paused for the 30 days so as not to stack zinc products.

N7-Neo in practice: 30 days, three testers, one capsule a day

N7-Neo blister packs with 30 capsules – one capsule per day for 30 days

Two blisters of 15: one pack is one month, and the empty pockets show at a glance whether today’s capsule has been taken.

Ordering, delivery and packaging

The official shop is a single page: choose 1, 2 or 3 packs, enter your address, pay – no account needed. The menu links to “How to use”, “Ingredients”, “Returns” and “Contact”, worth reading before you order. Prices were shown in pounds for our UK address, there was no subscription option anywhere, and checkout offered Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and American Express. The shop says your card is charged only on dispatch, and that matched what we saw. The parcel arrived within the advertised 2–3 working days. The compact white-and-amber boxes are clearly labelled – “Food supplement”, daily dose, ingredients with amounts, warnings, company details. The blisters keep the capsules dry, fit in a wallet or gym bag and show whether you have taken today’s capsule – tester A’s favourite feature, as he tends to forget supplements kept in jars.

The capsule: size, swallowing – and what’s inside

The capsules are a standard size, comparable to a typical multivitamin, and all three testers swallowed them easily with water. The vendor allows you to open a capsule and mix the contents with water if you can’t swallow it, so we tried that too. The powder smells faintly sour – the apple cider vinegar is recognisable – and tastes noticeably bitter, which is the guarana. In water it is drinkable but not pleasant, and the cellulose bulking agent leaves a fine, harmless sediment. Our advice: swallow it whole if you can.

The daily routine: one capsule, two glasses of water

One capsule a day, whole, with two large glasses of water, 15–30 minutes before or with lunch or dinner. Attaching it to a meal worked best for everyone. The two large glasses were, by general agreement, the hardest part – tester B admitted he would have drunk one if the box hadn’t said two. Nobody had stomach discomfort taking it with food. Over 30 days, A missed one day, B none and C two – normal for any daily supplement, and the blister made the gaps easy to spot.

Guarana and caffeine: did anyone feel it?

None of the three noticed anything resembling a cup of coffee – no buzz, no jitters. Tester C, who avoids coffee after midday, took his capsule with lunch as a precaution and noticed no difference in the evening. Nobody reported a dry mouth, which the vendor lists as a rare side effect (up to 1 in 1,000 users). If you are very sensitive to caffeine, lunchtime is still the sensible choice.

Reading the label and contacting customer service

We compared the box, the product page and the “Ingredients” page line by line. Everything matched apart from two minor points: the UK page lists 51 mg of L-glutamine where the other labels say 50 mg, and “free from additives” sits next to microcrystalline cellulose and E470b. Crucially, the label answers the big question unambiguously – seven declared ingredients, no sildenafil, tadalafil or apomorphine – and the warnings are clear. As is usual for UK supplement sellers, the vendor notes that its statements have not been evaluated by the Food Standards Agency. We also e-mailed customer service (mail@n7neo-shop.com) to ask how returning an unopened pack works; the reply was clear and matched the written policy. Practical tip: with two or three packs, open one first – sealed packs stay returnable within 14 days.

What to expect – and what not

N7-Neo is built as a daily routine, not as something you take “on demand”. That matches the label and the official shop, which promises no instant effect. Tester B summed it up simply: “It’s a well-labelled zinc and chromium capsule with a bit of guarana – easy to fit into the day.”

Our impression after 30 days

N7-Neo is an uncomplicated daily supplement: prices in pounds, quick delivery, two blisters per box, one standard-size capsule with a meal, no stomach trouble and no noticeable caffeine kick in our test. The label matches the shop and clearly lists no sildenafil or other drug. What you get is a solid zinc and chromium dose with small extras – not a potency product, not a pre-workout and not a fat burner. Bought for what it is, it does its job without fuss.

What N7-Neo can’t do – an honest list

  • It is not a medicine or a potency pill. According to its label it contains no sildenafil, tadalafil, apomorphine or any other medicinal substance. It can’t treat erectile dysfunction or any other condition and has no on-demand effect.
  • The amino acids and extracts are small doses compared with the gram amounts used in studies – don’t expect a noticeable effect on circulation, training or weight.
  • It is not a pre-workout or weight-loss product. Pump products dose arginine or citrulline in grams with far more caffeine, and neither chromium nor apple cider vinegar has an authorised weight-loss claim.
  • The zinc only helps if you need it. It contributes to maintaining normal testosterone levels – it doesn’t raise them above normal – and stacking zinc products is not a good idea.
  • The caffeine content isn’t stated. It is small, but caffeine-sensitive people should take the capsule with lunch.
  • Results aren’t guaranteed – the vendor’s own terms say so, which applies to every food supplement.
  • Returns only for sealed packs within 14 calendar days of receipt, return postage at your cost.
  • The single pack is the dearest option at about ÂŁ2.00 a day including delivery; the 3-pack brings it to about ÂŁ1.22, and a plain zinc tablet costs a fraction of either.
  • No independent test yet – we are not aware of any test by Which? or another consumer organisation.

None of this makes N7-Neo a bad product. It is a well-labelled, simple supplement with a meaningful zinc and chromium core, surrounded by advertising elsewhere that promises things the product itself never claims. Our score of 7.8 reflects both sides.

N7-Neo vs. prescription ED medication, zinc, multivitamins and pump powders

“Sildenafil alternative”, “nitric oxide supplement”, “zinc supplement for men”, “men’s multivitamin”, “pre workout pump”, “testosterone booster UK” – the searches around N7-Neo cover very different products. Here is how it compares, based on our test and general product knowledge (categories, not brands):

Option What it is Our take
N7-Neo Food supplement: zinc, chromium, small amounts of arginine, glutamine, leucine, guarana, apple cider vinegar Transparent and easy; a simple daily base with zinc and chromium. Not a medicine; the extras are lightly dosed.
Prescription ED medication (PDE5 inhibitors) Licensed medicines, via GP or pharmacy only A different category: an on-demand medicine with a medical check, side effects and interactions. If that is what you need, talk to your GP or pharmacist – N7-Neo is not an alternative.
Plain zinc supplement Zinc only The same authorised zinc claims for much less money; lacks the chromium and the extras.
Men’s multivitamin Broad vitamin and mineral mix, usually with zinc Broader and often cheaper per day. Don’t take both if it already contains zinc.
High-dose L-arginine / “nitric oxide” supplement Arginine (often with citrulline) in gram amounts Many times the dose in N7-Neo – grams instead of 100 mg. Ask your doctor if you take blood-pressure medicine or nitrates.
Pre-workout “pump” powder Gram doses of citrulline or arginine plus a lot of caffeine Built for the hour before training; N7-Neo is a with-a-meal capsule and won’t replace it.
“Testosterone booster” blends Herbal mixes, often with zinc, magnesium, vitamin D Usually zinc is the only ingredient with an authorised claim here too. N7-Neo isn’t marketed as one – its zinc helps maintain normal levels.

Our conclusion: N7-Neo is the convenient choice for zinc and chromium at sensible doses in one daily capsule. If price per day is all that counts, a plain zinc tablet or multivitamin wins; for real arginine or pre-workout doses you need a different product. And for help with erections, the right alternative isn’t on this table at all – it is your GP.

How to take N7-Neo – step by step

  1. Read the label and warnings. On medication, breastfeeding or with a medical condition? Ask your doctor or pharmacist first. Not for under-18s or pregnant women.
  2. Check your other supplements. If your multivitamin or another tablet contains zinc, don’t stack.
  3. One capsule, once a day. That is the full daily dose – don’t exceed it.
  4. With a meal. About 15–30 minutes before or directly with lunch or dinner; choose lunch if you are caffeine-sensitive.
  5. Swallow it whole with two large glasses of water. If you can’t swallow capsules, the vendor says you can open one and mix the contents with water – expect a bitter, slightly sour taste.
  6. Make it a habit and be realistic. Tie it to a daily meal; the blister shows whether you have taken it. A supplement works through regular intake over weeks, not within minutes.
  7. Keep the basics in place. N7-Neo is no substitute for a balanced, varied diet, sleep, exercise or medical care. Store dry and out of reach of children.

N7-Neo side effects and safety: is it safe to take?

“N7 Neo side effects” and “is N7 Neo safe?” are common questions – partly because people assume it contains a prescription drug. It doesn’t, so what remains is the profile of a simple mineral-and-amino-acid supplement.

According to the vendor, a dry mouth may occur in rare cases (up to 1 in 1,000 users); N7-Neo has no effect on the contraceptive pill or on high blood pressure, and you can drive and operate machinery as normal. Not recommended under 18; consult your doctor first if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or with a medical condition.

Our safety notes:

  • Zinc: 15 mg alone is sensible; with a zinc-containing multivitamin, check your total against EFSA’s upper level of 25 mg a day from all sources.
  • Caffeine: small, but count it in with coffee, tea and energy drinks if you are sensitive.
  • Chromium: on blood-sugar-lowering medication? Ask your doctor first.
  • L-arginine: on blood-pressure medication or nitrates? Ask your doctor first, even though the dose is small.
  • Medication: never stop or replace a prescribed medicine with a food supplement.

In our test none of the three testers noticed a dry mouth, stomach discomfort, jitters or anything else unwanted over 30 days – reassuring, but an observation, not a safety study. If anything feels wrong, stop and talk to a pharmacist or your GP.

Who N7-Neo is for – and who should skip it

N7-Neo makes sense for you if:

  • You want a simple daily supplement with meaningful zinc and chromium doses – one capsule, no tubs.
  • You eat little meat or seafood, or sweat a lot through sport, and want your zinc intake covered.
  • You value a fully declared label over a “proprietary blend”.
  • You like a few amino acids and a little natural caffeine on top – knowing they are small amounts.

You can skip it if:

  • You are looking for the effect of the blue pill or any prescription ED medication – your GP is the right person to talk to.
  • You want a pre-workout, a testosterone booster in the marketing sense or a weight-loss product.
  • You already take a multivitamin with zinc, or only care about the lowest price per day.
  • You are under 18 or pregnant – or breastfeeding, on medication or with a medical condition and haven’t talked to your doctor yet.

See a doctor instead if you have erection problems, persistent tiredness, unexplained weight changes or other symptoms that worry you – they can have medical causes that deserve a proper check.

N7 Neo reviews and customer experiences: what you’ll find online

Search for “N7 Neo reviews” or “N7-Neo review UK” and you’ll notice there isn’t yet a large body of independent, verifiable customer feedback, and we have no verifiable star rating to report – so we won’t invent one. What does turn up is a mix of ad and quiz pages, some describing a drug-like product that doesn’t match the label. The most useful thing we can do is sort the typical statements:

What you may read online Our take, based on the label and our test
“Contains sildenafil, tadalafil and apomorphine” Not on the label, not in the official shop. N7-Neo is a food supplement.
“Works in 15 minutes and lasts 36 hours” A drug-type claim the official shop doesn’t make; a daily food supplement isn’t designed to work that way.
“I felt nothing” Plausible, especially if you expected a medicine. Zinc and chromium contribute quietly to normal body functions.
“Easy to take, just one capsule a day” Matches our test – standard-size capsule, blisters, no stomach trouble.
“A bit pricey for one pack” Fair: about £2.00 a day incl. delivery; the 3-pack brings it to about £1.22.
“Is N7-Neo a scam?” No – a named company, a full label and written policies (see next section).

The pattern is clear: experiences depend on expectations. Bought as a once-a-day zinc and chromium supplement, N7-Neo delivers exactly that; bought in the expectation of a medicine’s effect, it disappoints – because it was never that product. If a “review” talks about drug ingredients or effects within minutes, it isn’t describing the N7-Neo sold in the official shop.

Is N7-Neo legit? Company, shop and support

Because of ads that describe N7-Neo as something it isn’t, many people ask whether it is legit, a scam or “fake”. The facts behind the official shop are reassuring:

  • A named company: Vitahealth Ltd, SG24 Soho Savoy Gardens, Triq D’Argens, GĆŒira GZR 1362, Malta, VAT number MT30732424; Maltese law applies to the terms.
  • A return address in the EU: N7-Neo, De Linge 33, 8253 PJ Dronten, the Netherlands, where fulfilment is handled.
  • Written policies: terms and conditions, privacy policy and a detailed return policy are published.
  • Secure checkout: an encrypted shop with PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay; according to the shop, cards are charged only on dispatch.
  • Customer service: by e-mail (mail@n7neo-shop.com) and the contact form, with topics for delivery, cancellation, refunds and other questions. Our enquiry was answered clearly.
  • An honest product page: full ingredient list, clear warnings, no potency or weight-loss promises, and terms that say results can’t be guaranteed.

The product we received matched the label and the shop description exactly. In short: a real food supplement from a registered company, sold with transparent terms. The confusion comes from advertising that attributes drug ingredients to it – something the official shop doesn’t do.

Where to buy N7-Neo: Amazon, Boots, Holland & Barrett or the official shop?

N7-Neo is a food supplement, not a pharmacy-only medicine, and it is sold online; the direct source is the official shop with its UK and Ireland version. Whether it is on the shelf at Boots, Holland & Barrett, Superdrug, Lloyds Pharmacy or an Irish pharmacy, or listed on Amazon UK or eBay, we can’t confirm either way – we only checked the official shop. If you find it elsewhere, compare the seller, the price and the label. Marketplace listings may show a slightly different ingredient list; the label on the pack you receive is what counts.

Good reasons to order directly: exactly the product and label described here, the multi-pack prices (from ÂŁ36.65 per pack) with free delivery, prices in pounds (Irish customers see their own options at checkout), same-day dispatch as a rule and one place for support and returns under a written policy.

N7-Neo price in the UK: packs, delivery and returns

These are the prices we saw in the official shop in October 2026 for a UK delivery address – a one-off choice between three package sizes, no subscription. The final total is shown in the checkout before you pay.

Package Price Per pack Delivery Per day
1 pack (30 days) £55.00 (ref. £79.95) £55.00 £4.95 – total £59.95 approx. £2.00 incl. delivery
2 packs (60 days) ÂŁ82.95 ÂŁ41.48 Free approx. ÂŁ1.38
3 packs (90 days, “Best seller”) £109.95 £36.65 Free approx. £1.22
N7-Neo 60-day package with two boxes of capsules
N7-Neo 90-day package with three boxes of capsules

The two multi-pack options: 2 packs for 60 days (ÂŁ82.95) and 3 packs for 90 days (ÂŁ109.95), both with free UK delivery.

The single pack works out at about £1.83 a day, or £2.00 with delivery; the 3-pack at about £1.22 – roughly 40 % less. Compared with three single packs bought one after another (3 × £59.95 = £179.85), the 3-pack costs £69.90 less. Our recommendation: the single pack if you just want to try it; the 3-pack if you know you want zinc and chromium for a few months – open one pack first, and the others stay returnable within 14 days.

  • Delivery: ÂŁ4.95 on one pack, free on 2 and 3; advertised within 2–3 working days, usually dispatched the same day. Irish readers see their delivery options, costs and currency at checkout.
  • Payment: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay; card charged on dispatch according to the shop.

Frequently asked questions about N7-Neo

What exactly is N7-Neo?

A food supplement in capsules from Vitahealth Ltd (Malta). Each capsule – the full daily dose – contains L-arginine HCl 100 mg, apple cider vinegar extract 100 mg, guarana extract 100 mg, L-glutamine 50 mg, L-leucine 50 mg, zinc 15 mg (150 % NRV) and chromium 40 ”g (100 % NRV). One pack holds 30 capsules for 30 days.

Does N7 Neo contain sildenafil?

No. According to its declared ingredient list, N7-Neo contains no sildenafil – and no tadalafil or apomorphine either. Some ads and quiz pages claim otherwise, but they don’t match the label or the official shop. It is a food supplement with amino acids, plant extracts, zinc and chromium.

Is N7 Neo the same as the blue pill or a prescription ED drug?

No. Prescription ED medication (the PDE5 inhibitors) is a licensed medicine, available only through a GP or pharmacy, that works on demand and comes with a medical check. N7-Neo is a once-a-day food supplement with no on-demand effect and is not an alternative to such medication. If you have erection problems, talk to your GP – and never replace prescribed medication with a supplement.

What are the N7 Neo ingredients?

L-arginine hydrochloride, apple cider vinegar extract, guarana extract (Paullinia cupana), L-glutamine, L-leucine, zinc citrate and chromium picolinate – plus microcrystalline cellulose as a bulking agent, the HPMC capsule shell and the anti-caking agent E470b.

Does N7-Neo work – and how long does it take?

The zinc and chromium are meaningful doses: zinc contributes, among other things, to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and to normal fertility and reproduction; chromium to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. The amino acids and extracts are small doses compared with the gram amounts in studies. There is no effect within minutes or hours – a supplement contributes through regular intake over weeks – and the vendor’s terms say results can’t be guaranteed.

What are the side effects of N7-Neo – is it safe?

According to the vendor, a dry mouth may occur in rare cases (up to 1 in 1,000 users); no effect on the contraceptive pill or blood pressure. Our testers noticed no unwanted effects in 30 days. Keep in mind: a little caffeine from guarana; don’t combine with other zinc products; ask your doctor first if you take blood-pressure, nitrate or blood-sugar medication, are breastfeeding or have a medical condition. Not for under-18s or pregnant women.

Is N7-Neo a pump supplement or a testosterone booster?

Neither. Pump products contain arginine or citrulline in grams plus plenty of caffeine; N7-Neo has 100 mg of arginine and is taken with a meal. Its zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels – helping to keep them normal, not raising them above normal.

Is N7-Neo legit or a scam? Are the reviews real?

Legit. The official shop is run by Vitahealth Ltd, a registered Maltese company (VAT no. MT30732424), with published terms, a written return policy, an EU return address and e-mail support, and the product matches its label. Independent reviews are still few; one that describes drug ingredients isn’t describing this product.

Where can I buy N7-Neo – Amazon, Boots or Holland & Barrett?

N7-Neo is sold online through the official shop, which has a UK and Ireland version with prices in pounds. We can’t confirm whether Boots, Holland & Barrett, Superdrug or Amazon UK stock it – if you find it elsewhere, compare the seller, price and label. The package prices and return policy described here apply to the official shop.

How much does N7-Neo cost in the UK?

In the official shop (October 2026): 1 pack £55.00 plus £4.95 delivery (£59.95), 2 packs £82.95 (£41.48 each) and 3 packs £109.95 (£36.65 each), both with free delivery – about £2.00, £1.38 or £1.22 per day. One-off purchase, no subscription.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

The official shop doesn’t advertise one. Its written return policy applies: sealed, unopened packs within 14 calendar days of receipt, after contacting customer service by e-mail; return postage paid by you, refund within 14 days of the return arriving. With a multi-pack, open one pack first – the others stay returnable.

How long does delivery take?

The shop advertises 2–3 working days and typically dispatches the same day; our parcel arrived within that window. Delivery is £4.95 on one pack and free on 2 and 3.

Has N7-Neo been tested by Which? or another consumer organisation?

We are not aware of any such test. This N7 Neo review is based on our own 30-day practical test, the declared label and the information published in the official shop.

Verdict: an honest daily zinc & chromium supplement – not a potency pill

Our N7 Neo review verdict

N7-Neo is a solid, honestly labelled daily supplement – and a different product from what some ads describe. The official label is clear: a once-a-day food supplement with zinc at 150 % and chromium at 100 % NRV, plus small amounts of L-arginine, L-glutamine, L-leucine, guarana and apple cider vinegar extract. No sildenafil, no tadalafil, no apomorphine. Zinc and chromium are the evidence-backed core: zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and to normal fertility and reproduction, chromium to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. In our 30-day test the capsules were easy to take and caused no problems, and the official shop impressed us with an honest product page, prices in pounds, fast delivery and clear written policies. Score 7.8/10 – good.

Being honest: the amino acids and extracts are dosed far below research amounts, there is no on-demand effect, the caffeine content isn’t stated, the single pack is relatively expensive and only sealed packs can be returned within 14 days. If you want a simple, transparent daily supplement to cover zinc and chromium – ideally in the 3-pack at about £1.22 a day – N7-Neo is a sound, uncomplicated choice. If you are looking for help with erections, the right next step is a conversation with your GP.
